Pageant winners will be presented on stage at the Cotton Festival on September 8, 2012 and winners will be asked to participate in events of the day as award presenters. They may also be asked to be at other Fayette County events throughout the year.

There will be one winner in each category and two runners up. The two runners up will receive a beautiful trophy and gift. The winners will receive a beautiful 6”, 4”, or 2” crown, sash, trophy and more.   Everyone that enters will receive a beautiful crown pin and age appropriate gift.  No one will leave empty handed.

Registration:
All registered contestants should check in the morning of the pageant between 8:30 – 9:30 am.  After check in, older contestants may leave and return no later than 12:30.  Time for age categories are as follows: 
Wee Miss - Little Miss age groups(0-7 yrs)……..10:00 – 12:00
Lunch Break ………………….  12:00 – 1:30
Princess Miss – Miss Teen age groups (8-18yrs)… 1:30 – 3:30

IMPORTANT NOTICE: IN ORDER TO KEEP THE PAGEANT ON SCHEDULE, WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW PAGEANT REGISTRATION. THIS CAUSES A DELAY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE REGISTERED ON TIME. WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Attire:  0 – 5yrs - No Makeup,    6 – 12 yrs  - Minimal Age Appropriate Makeup,    13 – 21 yr - Medium Glitz – Nothing Fake

Judges will be allowed to deduct for not following the guidelines for makeup.  You will only need ONE OUTFIT FOR THE ENTIRE PAGEANT.  Pageant dresses or party dresses, Sunday Best or Heirloom- YOUR CHOICE. Makeup guidelines are above and should be followed.  

Optional Photogenic Competition: additional entry fee of $10.00
One winner per age division.  Photos for this competition will be taken the day of the competition by our photographer, Gary Baldwin. This will allow all contestants to be judged on a professional photograph.  Pictures will be available for purchase from Gary Baldwin but is not required.  Package offers will be available.
